Planktura Wholesale Terms

Planktura offers wholesale opportunities for partners in aquaculture, aquarium supply, academic research, and retail. These terms govern your participation in our wholesale purchasing agreements. By registering as a Planktura wholesale buyer, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Program Eligibility

To qualify for the wholesale program, you must:

Be 18 years or older
Operate a registered business, research facility, educational institution, hatchery, or aquarium-related platform
Reside in Canada (international options available by request)

We reserve the right to accept or decline applicants at our sole discretion.

2. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale buyers gain access to bulk pricing, custom strains (where available), and scheduled delivery.

Minimum Orders:

$250 CAD per order minimum for wholesale rates
Orders must be placed via your wholesale account or by contacting info@planktura.com

Payment Terms:

Full prepayment unless otherwise agreed in writing
Invoicing available for institutional clients (net 15)

Shipping:

Live product handling terms apply (see [Shipping Policy])
Temperature-controlled delivery included in wholesale rates when applicable

Storage & Usage:

All buyers must follow provided care sheets for live cultures
Repackaging for retail must not misrepresent strain origin or claim proprietary rights

3. Intellectual Property

Wholesale partners may use approved logos, strain imagery, and marketing content provided by Planktura. All materials remain the intellectual property of Planktura and must not be altered without written permission.

Use of Planktura content must:

Be attributed clearly ("Image courtesy of Planktura")
Not be used in comparative or defamatory advertising

4. Termination

Planktura reserves the right to terminate wholesale access if you:

Breach these terms
Misrepresent Planktura products
Violate legal, ethical, or scientific handling practices

Upon termination, all use of Planktura branding must cease and outstanding invoices become immediately payable.
